Phoenix Recovery 2.0 is a powerful Windows utility for recovering data that have been accidentally deleted or lost due to damage, virus attacks and some software or hardware failures. In particular, the program can easily restore files deleted without Recycle Bin or the files from emptied Recycle Bin.
